Summary

In a floating island suspended in a sea of violet clouds, a young blacksmith who inherited a sword that burns with white fire discovers a velvet black thread that absorbs all light around it that could disrupt the magical beacons guiding ships through the mist. Pursued by the shadow syndicate known as the Obsidian Hand, they must race against time before the arrival of the next solar eclipse.
